SK CLINIC collaboration with SRI SOWBHAGYA @ Aliyabad A 62 year old female patient presented to clinic on 9/5/2020  with complaining of pain in abdomen, anorexia , nausea ( 3episodes)  loose bowels (2 episodes)  and general weakness. She is known case of Hypertensive, Diabetes. They are under control. Her pulse rate 79 BPM, RR was 24 breath / min. The pain was constant lasting 3 hours in duration on n off. The prev usg reports denote fatty liver grade 1and urolithiasis (14mm) of size (pittaja ashmari)  Treatment : Medicines given for 8 days :  1. Sutashekar ras 250mg bd 2.
