STRESS MANAGEMENT

What is stress? When one cannot cope with specific demands and events results in to stress.  In this present condition,lot many people are undergoing stress in terms of work from home, financial pressures, relationship and others.  Even though it is mental pressure, but results in increasing susceptibility to various diseases and also depression It can be managed by focussing on food and lifestyle modifications that are easily done being at home. Food include Vit C rich, high selenium and magnesium. They are Beet root, carrot, Cashews,almonds, pistachio, Broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, tomatoes. Regular intake of fruit salads with guava, grapes, orange, cantaloupe, berries. Activities include Setting time for one's own activities Walking, Jogging, hopping, laughing therapy and stretching exercise.
